The Strain Family Equestrian Center is a full service, privately owned and professionally managed horse facility. We offer top quality service at affordable prices. Our goal is to provide a family fun environment for you to come relax and enjoy horses.
The Equestrian Center is situated on 70 beautiful acres of woods and farmland. There are ample trails for riding or walking. In addition, the Center abuts several other farms to make trail riding almost endless.
The Strain Family Equestrian Center consists of 2 barns with 25 stalls, indoor, 2 fenced-in outdoor riding rings, round pen, wash rack and heated viewing room and bathroom. There are also six large grass turn out paddocks. The Strain Family Equestrian Center is open 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the owners, Bill and Christina Strain live on-site.
With a full time professional staff, The Strain Family Equestrian Center offers expert boarding and complete training for your horse. We also offer riding lessons with accomplished licensed instructors who are well-versed in teaching all disciplines from beginner to advanced. In addition, we offer a summer horse program, 2 adult programs in the spring and fall as well as school vacation programs and an in-house horse show.
